Carrier Participation
Participating carriers in the United States include AT&T, T-Mobile®, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular®, MetroPCS®, InterOp, Cellcom, C Spire Wireless, Cricket, and Virgin Mobile, among others.
Not all carriers may support our SMS/MMS services. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Data Collection and Use
In connection with this SMS service, we may collect your mobile phone number, your carrier’s name, and the date, time, and content of your messages, along with other information you provide.
This data is used only to deliver the services you request and maintain proper communication records.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Service Modifications and Termination
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the SMS service at any time, with or without notice.
By using the service, you acknowledge this right and agree that we are not liable for any such modifications or termination.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold MOVE ON FREIGHT INC harmless from any claims, including privacy or TCPA-related claims, arising from:
Providing a number not owned by you,
Failing to notify us of changes to your number, or
Violations of applicable SMS or consumer protection laws.
You also agree to cover any related losses, liabilities, or legal expenses (including attorney’s fees).
Participation Requirements
By using this service, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old.
You own a wireless device capable of two-way messaging.
You are a customer of a participating wireless carrier.
You have an active text messaging service plan.
Service availability may vary by carrier and device.
Miscellaneous
You warrant that you have the authority to agree to these Terms and perform your obligations. If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
MOVE ON FREIGHT INC does not charge for text messages you receive; however, your mobile provider’s standard text and data rates may apply. Please contact your carrier for plan details.
